13 C.F.R. § 123.304 — Is there a limit on the maximum loan amount to a single corporate group for COVID EIDL Loans?

§ 123.304 Is there a limit on the maximum loan amount to a single corporate group for COVID EIDL Loans? Entities that are part of a single corporate group shall in no event receive more than $10,000,000 of COVID EIDL loans in the aggregate. For purposes of this limit, entities are part of a single corporate group if they are majority owned, directly or indirectly, by a common parent. [86 FR 50219, Sept. 8, 2021]
