13 C.F.R. § 114.100 — Definitions.

§ 114.100 Definitions. As used throughout this part 114, date of accrual means the date you know or reasonably should have known of your injury. The date of accrual will depend on the facts of each case. Site means the geographic location where the incident giving rise to your claim occurred.
