13 C.F.R. § 109.530 — Debarment and Suspension.

§ 109.530 Debarment and Suspension. In accordance with 2 CFR Parts 180 and 2700, SBA may take any necessary action to debar or suspend an ILP Intermediary or any officer, director, general partner, manager, employee, agent or other participant in the affairs of an ILP Intermediary's SBA operations.
