12 C.F.R. § 45.12 — Capital.
§ 45.12 Capital. A covered swap entity shall comply with: (a) In the case of a covered swap entity that is a national bank or Federal savings association, the minimum capital requirements as generally provided 12 CFR part 3. (b) In the case of a covered swap entity that is a Federal branch or agency of a foreign bank, the capital adequacy guidelines applicable as generally provided under 12 CFR 28.14.
