12 C.F.R. § 347.103 — Effect of state law on actions taken under this subpart.

§ 347.103 Effect of state law on actions taken under this subpart. A bank may acquire and retain equity interests in a foreign organization or establish a foreign branch, subject to the requirements of this subpart, if it is authorized to do so by the law of the state in which the bank is chartered.
