12 C.F.R. § 34.24 — Nonfederally chartered commercial banks.
§ 34.24 Nonfederally chartered commercial banks. Pursuant to 12 U.S.C. 3803(a), a State chartered commercial bank may make ARM loans in accordance with the provisions of this subpart. For purposes of this section, the term “State” shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 34.2(b).
