12 C.F.R. § 3.602 — Notice of intent to issue a directive.

§ 3.602 Notice of intent to issue a directive. The OCC will notify a national bank or Federal savings association in writing of its intention to issue a directive. The notice will state: (a) Reasons for issuance of the directive; and (b) The proposed contents of the directive.
