12 C.F.R. § 25.52 — Strategic Plan Retention.
§ 25.52 Strategic Plan Retention. A bank or savings association strategic plan approved by the appropriate Federal banking agency and in effect as of December 31, 2021, remains in effect, except that provisions of the plan that are not consistent with this part in effect as of January 1, 2022, are void, unless amended pursuant to § 25.27.
