§ 21.4 Report. The security officer for a national bank shall report at least annually to the bank's board of directors on the effectiveness of the security program. The substance of such report shall be reflected in the minutes of the Board meeting in which it is given. (Approved by the Office of Management and Budget under control number 1557–0180)
