11 C.F.R. § 9006.2 — Filing dates.
§ 9006.2 Filing dates. The reports required to be filed under 11 CFR 9006.1 shall be filed during an election year on a monthly or quarterly basis as prescribed at 11 CFR 104.5(b)(1). During a non-election year, the candidate's principal campaign committee may elect to file reports either on a monthly or quarterly basis in accordance with 11 CFR 104.5(b)(2).
