11 C.F.R. § 9002.15 — Political party.

§ 9002.15 Political party. Political party means an association, committee, or organization which nominates or selects an individual for election to any Federal office, including the office of President or Vice President of the United States, whose name appears on the general election ballot as the candidate of such association, committee, or organization.
