11 C.F.R. § 200.1 — Purpose and scope.

§ 200.1 Purpose and scope. This part prescribes the procedures for the submission, consideration, and disposition of petitions filed with the Federal Election Commission. It establishes the conditions under which the Commission may identify and respond to petitions for rulemaking, and informs the public of the procedures the agency follows in response to such petitions.
