11 C.F.R. § 107.1 — Registration and reports by political parties.

§ 107.1 Registration and reports by political parties. Each convention committee established under 11 CFR 9008.3(a)(2) by a national committee of a political party and each committee or other organization, including a national committee, which represents a political party in making arrangements for that party's convention held to nominate a presidential or vice presidential candidate shall register and report in accordance with 11 CFR 9008.3(b).
