10 C.F.R. § 9.69 — Notices of correction or dispute.

§ 9.69 Notices of correction or dispute. (a) When a record has been corrected upon request or when a “Statement of Disagreement” has been filed, the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act Officer shall, within 30 working days thereof, advise all prior recipients of the affected record whose identity can be determined pursuant to an accounting of disclosures required by the Privacy Act or any other accounting previously made, of the correction or of the filing of the “Statement of Disagreement”. (b) Any disclosure of disputed information occurring after a “Statement of Disagreement” has been filed shall clearly identify the specific information disputed and be accompanied by a copy of the “Statement of Disagreement” and a copy of any NRC “Statement of Explanation”.
