10 C.F.R. § 590.305 — Informal discovery.

§ 590.305 Informal discovery. The parties to a proceeding may conduct discovery through use of procedures such as written interrogatories or production of documents. In response to a motion by a party, the Assistant Secretary or presiding official may determine the procedures to be utilized for discovery if the parties cannot agree on such procedures.
