10 C.F.R. § 503.2 — Prohibition.

§ 503.2 Prohibition. Section 201 of the Act prohibits, unless an exemption has been granted under subpart C or D of this part, any new electric powerplant from being constructed or operated as a baseload powerplant without the capability to use coal or another alternate fuel as a primary energy source.
