10 C.F.R. § 4.549 — Program accessibility: Discrimination prohibited.

§ 4.549 Program accessibility: Discrimination prohibited. Except as otherwise provided in § 4.550, no qualified disabled person shall, because the agency's facilities are inaccessible to or unusable by disabled persons, be denied the benefits of, be excluded from participation in, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity conducted by the agency.
