10 C.F.R. § 2.301 — Exceptions.
§ 2.301 Exceptions. Consistent with 5 U.S.C. 554(a)(4) of the Administrative Procedure Act, the Commission may provide alternative procedures in adjudications to the extent that the conduct of military or foreign affairs functions is involved.
