§ 2.100 Scope of subpart. This subpart prescribes the procedure for issuance of a license; amendment of a license at the request of the licensee; transfer and renewal of a license; and issuance of a standard design approval under subpart E of part 52 of this chapter. [72 FR 49470, Aug. 28, 2007]
