1-15-18-2: APPLICATION FOR AND ISSUANCE OF LICENSE:
Application for license shall be upon application forms furnished by the City. A complete application shall be placed on the Council agenda for its decision to approve or deny. All licenses approved by the Council shall be signed by the Mayor, duly attested to by the Clerk and the Seal of the City attached, and every license shall specify the name of the person to whom it is issued, and the time and date it is issued and the amount paid for the same.
