1-15-18-1: LICENSE REQUIRED; FEES; TERM:
A. At Retail Or By Drink: It shall be lawful for any person to sell wine at retail and to sell wine by the drink within the corporate limits of the City after having first procured a license therefor for each.
B. Fee; Term: The license fee imposed and collected shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Council. Such license year shall be from June 1 through May 31; provided, however, should a license be issued for less than a full year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance with the actual months of issuance.
