1-15-14-2: TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STANDS:

Retail sales of nonaerial common fireworks shall be allowed only from within a temporary fireworks stand which has been inspected and approved by the Middleton Rural Fire District. Temporary fireworks stands shall comply with the requirements of Idaho Code section 39-2607, as amended. (Ord. 555, 3-18-2015; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
