1-15-13-4: NOTICE OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT:
The City shall notify the permit holder in writing stating the reasons for the suspension or revocation. If there is an emergency or imminent need the City may immediately suspend or revoke the permit notifying the permit holder verbally. In the event of a suspension or revocation, the applicant may appeal the suspension or revocation to the City Council by filing a written appeal with the City within five (5) days of notice of the suspension or denial. The City Council shall consider the appeal at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting. (Ord. 549, 1-21-2015; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
