1-15-11-6: NONCONFORMING SIGNS:
Signs not in conformance with the requirements of this chapter as of May 18, 2007, shall be determined to be nonconforming and shall be allowed to continue so long as the sign (including the face) or sign structure is not altered in any way. Copy can be changed without changing the nonconforming status of the sign. (Ord. 587, 1-18-2017; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
