1-15-8-8: TIME LIMITATIONS FOR ACTION UPON APPLICATION:
The committee shall have thirty (30) days minimum, or until after the next regularly scheduled meeting to consider and approve or deny an application for design review approval pursuant to this chapter. The time for action upon an application may be extended by either the committee or the Council at the request of the applicant or in cases where the complexity of the project or changes made by the applicant during the review process require additional time to properly review and consider the application.
