1-15-5-1: APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
A. Required: Any property owner desiring to vacate an existing subdivision, public right-of-way or easement, or desiring to dedicate a road right-of-way or easement, shall complete and file an application with the City and also file such other applications as are otherwise required by law. These provisions shall not apply to any road right-of-way or easement to be dedicated by recording the plat of a subdivision.
B. Processing: The City shall process the application according to the notice and hearing requirements in all relevant State Statutes and City ordinances. (Ord. 568, 12-21-2015; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
