1-15-3: SUBDIVISION INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT:
Upon City approval of infrastructure construction drawings for a subdivision, the City shall provide a permit to the applicant with a copy of the approved construction drawings attached. The subdivision infrastructure construction permit is authorization for the approved infrastructure to be constructed. (Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
