1-14-7-1: AREA OF CITY IMPACT MODIFICATION:
The Middleton area of City impact boundary, map and regulations may be modified from time to time according to the procedures in Idaho Code section 67-6526. Any modifications to the boundary and/or regulations governing the area of City impact must be agreed to with Canyon County and adopted by ordinance. (Ord. 551, 4-15-2015; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
