1-8-1: CORPORATE SEAL OF CITY:
A. Description: The corporate seal of the city shall be circular in form with inner and outer circles. The outer circle shall be one and seven-eighths inches (17/8") in diameter and the inner circle one and three-sixteenths inches (13/16") in diameter. It shall bear upon the space between the two (2) circles the words: "City Of Middleton, Canyon County, Idaho" and upon the space within the inner circle the words, "Incorporated April 20, 1910".
B. Adoption: The seal described in this section be and the same is hereby adopted as the seal of the city. (Ord. 4, 5-10-1910)
