1-7-2: FUNDS; ACCOUNTS:
A. Funds: The City's system for accounting of receipts, expenditures, and reporting shall be as prescribed in the Uniform Accounting and Reporting Manual for Idaho Cities and any amendments thereto. Said system shall be organized and operated on a fund basis. The City Treasurer shall determine, establish, and maintain at least the minimum number of governmental, proprietary, and fiduciary funds consistent with the requirements of State law and this Code and generally accepted accounting principles.
B. Accounts: The City Treasurer shall maintain separate accounts in the records for each fund. Unless otherwise required by law or grant regulations, each fund for which there is a separate account may be pooled with other such funds in one bank account or investment. (Ord. 548, 1-21-2015)
