1-6-1: PERSONNEL HANDBOOK:
There is hereby established a system of personnel administration as set forth in the employee handbook adopted by resolution of the city council. The contents of the employee handbook are presented as a policy and do not constitute a contract. Employees are free to resign at any time just as the city is free to terminate the employee at any time, thus constituting an "at will" employment relationship. (Ord. 548, 1-21-2015)
