1-5-2: CITY COUNCIL:
A. Composition: The legislative authority of the City shall be vested in a Council consisting of four (4) members, qualified as provided by law. The Council shall have such powers and duties as prescribed in Idaho Code section 50-701.
B. Salary Of Members: Each member of the Council shall receive a monthly salary of one thousand and thirty-three dollars and thirty-three cents ($1,033.33).
