10-3-10: UNIFORM CITATION; FINES:

A. Citation: The Idaho uniform citation shall be used by the animal control officer or peace officer in the enforcement of this chapter.

B. Fine: The fine for violation of section 10-3-3 and subsection 10-3-5D of this chapter shall be established by resolution of the council, plus court costs, for each offense and may be paid to the court or as provided by rule 14 of the misdemeanor criminal rules. (Ord. 556, 3-18-2015)
