10-3-2: COLLAR AND TAG REQUIREMENTS:

A. Collar Required: Every canine and feline shall at all times wear a substantial and durable collar to which shall be securely attached a required identification tag containing the name, address and phone number of the owner. (Ord. 556, 3-18-2015)
