10-1-3: CHIEF OF POLICE TO COORDINATE AND REPORT TO MAYOR:

In carrying out of the powers, duties and responsibilities of the chief of the police department as set out in this chapter, the chief of police shall report to and coordinate with the mayor. (Ord. 545, 11-5-2014)
