7-5-2: REVOCATION OF PERMIT:
If the permittee is not conducting business according to the terms of the permit, the city may revoke the permit and order the permittee to cease work in the right of way and ensure the job site is safe for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The permittee may appeal the revocation to the city council. If the permittee makes the necessary and appropriate corrections, the permittee may reapply for a permit under the provisions of this chapter. If the city determines it must repair or complete the work, the cost to do so shall be paid by the permittee. (Ord. 569, 12-21-2015)
