7-3-6: ADMISSION FEES FOR SPECIAL EVENTS:
No group or event shall be allowed to charge fees of any sort to the public for events held within public parks without first obtaining approval of the City. Said approval may be conditioned upon applying for a special events permit which would require a fee, receipt of proof of adequate insurance coverage, release of liability of the City for the event or gathering and the procurement of any other required permits or licenses.
