7-3-3: HOURS:
City parks shall be open to the public daily from sunrise to sunset. Except as provided herein, persons and vehicles shall be excluded from the parks during the hours of closure. Any person who refuses to leave a public park or who returns to a public park before sunrise the next day after having been requested to leave by a City official, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
