1-15-17-15: NOTICE OF HEARING:
Whenever information is submitted to, or shall come to the attention of any official, department head or employee of the City, that a licensee has committed any act rendering the licensee’s license subject to suspension and/or revocation, the official, department head or employee, as the case may be, shall report such information to the City Clerk in writing. In the event it appears to the City Clerk, after having received such report, that there are grounds for the suspension and/or revocation of a license, after having conducted a reasonable investigation into the matter, the City Clerk shall propose to suspend, or terminate the license. The Clerk shall send to the licensee a notice containing the findings required by section 1-15-17-8
of this article. The licensee shall have the right to appeal the decision of the clerk to the City Council. City. (Ord. 687, 2-21-2024)
