1-15-17-13: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
When the city clerk suspends, revokes or refuses to renew a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this article for a violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this article, the city clerk shall notify the licensee of the city clerk’s intent to suspend, revoke or refuse to renew, which notice shall be in writing and shall contain the reasons for such action and shall set forth those matters specified in subsections 1-15-17-8
B.1. through B.3. of this article. City. (Ord. 687, 2-21-2024)
