5-4-12: PLAT RECORDING, BUILDING PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY:
Construction of all required improvements for the subdivision or phase of development shall be completed and accepted by the City prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy within the subdivision or phase. The owner/subdivider shall guarantee all improvements within the public right-of-way and any other public dedication for a one year period following the date of final inspection and acceptance by the City. Any defects, repairs or maintenance during the one year guarantee period due to faulty workmanship or materials shall be corrected at the expense of the owner/subdivider.
