5-4-10-5: EASEMENTS:
A. A general utility and access easement of not less than ten feet (10') in width shall be dedicated along all front lot lines.
B. Where alleys are not provided, easements of not less than ten feet (10') in width shall be dedicated on each side of all rear lot lines and five feet (5') on each side of side lot lines where necessary for proper utility maintenance or construction. The five foot (5') side lot line easement does not apply to commercial and/or industrial subdivision final plats.
C. Easements for pathways shall be a minimum of fifteen feet (15') in width.
