1-19-21: CONSTRUCTION OF INTENT:

All provisions, terms, phrases and expressions contained in this chapter shall be liberally construed in order that the true intent and meaning of the Act and the City Council and the Board of Commissioners may be fully carried out. (Ord. 635, 9-16-2020)
