5-2-6: TERMINATION:
A development agreement may be terminated for cause or by agreement of the parties after complying with the notice and public hearing provisions of Idaho Code section 67-6509, according to the terms and conditions identified by the City Council in its decision and according to the provisions in Idaho Code section 67-6511A. (Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
