4-2-1: FIRE CODE ADOPTED:
The City hereby adopts the current edition of the International Fire Code as adopted by the State of Idaho including any revisions thereto as may periodically be adopted by the State of Idaho, and including all applicable appendix chapters and standards contained therein, published by the International Code Council, a copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, in accordance with Idaho Code section 50-901. Transportation-related provisions and standards of Middleton City Code, Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC) and the Middleton Supplement to the ISPWC shall prevail if there is a conflict between them and the International Fire Code.
