3-3-2: UNLAWFUL CONDUCT:
It shall be unlawful conduct for any person to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful business practice; make any materially false statement or representation concerning the nature, quality or durability of any goods, wares, merchandise or services sold or offered for sale, knowing the same to be false; or make any materially false or misleading statement on an application for a home occupation hereunder. Any violation of this chapter shall be punished as an infraction as provided under section 1-4-2 of this Code. (Ord. 549, 1-21-2015; amd. Ord. 609, 7-3-2018)
