3-1-1: UNLAWFUL CONDUCT:
It shall be unlawful for any registrant to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful business practice; make any materially false statement or representation concerning the nature, quality or durability of any good or service sold or offered for sale, knowing the same to be false; or make any materially false or misleading statement on an application for a City business registration.
