Idaho Code § 9-712 — Examination Or Production Of Prisoners — Motion, Affidavit, And Order.
TITLE 9 EVIDENCE CHAPTER 7 MEANS OF PRODUCTION OF EVIDENCE 9-712. Examination or production of prisoners — Motion, affidavit, and order. Such order can only be made on the motion of a party, upon affidavit showing the nature of the action or proceeding, the testimony expected from the witness and its materiality.
