Idaho Code § 9-708 — Disobedience Of Subpoena — Penalty To Aggrieved Party.
TITLE 9 EVIDENCE CHAPTER 7 MEANS OF PRODUCTION OF EVIDENCE 9-708. Disobedience of subpoena — Penalty to aggrieved party. A witness disobeying a subpoena also forfeits to the party aggrieved the sum of $100, and all damages which he may sustain by the failure of a witness to attend, which forfeiture and damages may be recovered in a civil action.
