Idaho Code § 9-406 — Denial By Subscribing Witness — Proof By Other Evidence.
TITLE 9 EVIDENCE CHAPTER 4 PRIVATE WRITINGS 9-406. Denial by subscribing witness — Proof by other evidence. If the subscribing witness denies or does not recollect the execution of the writing, its execution may still be proved by other evidence.
